Carol has been providing concierge level service to her clients for 18 years. Her passion for Real Estate shows with every relationship she builds with both buyers and sellers. Purchasing a home is huge investment and one that Carol does not take lightly. For sellers, Carol's extensive background in Project Management helps to ensure a smooth process for sellers to launch their homes on the market. Scheduling all details and providing clear communication about the process is key. From listing inception, to marketing and advertising, staging, and final sale, Carol works personally with her clients every step of the way!

Carol’s professional background includes marketing and operations management, in both consulting and start-up environments. Carol has also received her Bachelor of Science degree, in Business Management & Marketing from San Jose State University. Today, she continues her education pursuits with training designed to ensure she delivers an experience that exceeds client expectations.Carol is a seasoned agent licensed in both Idaho and California. This makes relocation to and from these great States seamless for her clients.
